WHAT IS VLE?
The Veterinarian Licensure Examination is the standardized licensing examination of all aspiring veterinarians in the Philippines. All candidates wishing to pass the licensure exam must have a four-year undergraduate degree and/or a degree in veterinary medicine from an approved school, college, or university.
COVERAGE OF THE EXAM:
The three-day exam covers the following subjects:
1st Day:
- Veterinary Anatomy
- Veterinary Physiology
- Veterinary Parasitology
2nd Day:
- Veterinary Pathology
- Veterinary Pharmacology
- Zootechnics
3rd Day:
- Veterinary Microbiology and Public Health
- Veterinary Medicine and Surgery
REQUIREMENTS:
- NSO / PSA Birth Certificate
- NSO / PSA Marriage Contract (for married female applicants)
- Transcript of Records (TOR) with scanned picture and Remarks "For Board Examination Purposes". It must also be "notarized".
- Payment:
- ₱ 900.00 - complete
- ₱ 450.00 - conditioned/ removal
- Valid NBI Clearance (First Timers & Repeaters)
- Others:
- Documentary stamp (you can get one in your municipal office/BIR, these are also sold by peddlers just outside the PRC premises)
- Passport size ID with a tag of your full name below using this format [SURNAME, FIRST NAME MIDDLE NAME]
